Role Description
Happy Tails Pet Therapy is a nonprofit organization with volunteer teams providing animal assisted therapy to hospitals, assisted living, schools and behavioral facilities in the metro Atlanta area. Our volunteer teams dedicate their time to visit with patients, caregivers, family and students to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
We are looking for an organized and forward-thinking individual to provide administrative and project management services for our organization. As the Administrator, you will manage prospect and member communication, data entry to maintain our member and facility information, and new member onboarding processes that are essential to supporting 200+ members and their pets.
Responsibilities

Maintain all essential member records ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Manage the calendar for upcoming training and testing events.

Support and track new members through testing, training, and observation visits.

Create and mail new member packages.

Ensure members are up to date on their requirements including vet forms and dues.

Maintain Salesforce facility records including contracts, contact information, team assignments and team needs.

Provide general assistance and service to members as needed.

Produce and publish a monthly electronic newsletter to our membership.

Process website inquiries, ensuring effective communication and customer service skills.

Provide monthly reports to the Board and Membership including team openings, new members, facility waitlists and dues renewal.

Create and provide miscellaneous reports as needed for Board decisions.

Pick up mail frequently and distribute to appropriate Board members.

Workload will typically take approximately 20-30 hours a week.

Contractor provides computer, internet, office, and storage space for Happy Tails office supplies and printed materials.

Other duties as assigned.
Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to manage, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks.

Computer proficiency, including the ability to use Google Workspace.

Experience with data entry, database management and clerical duties.

Salesforce experience is a plus.
